| After you create the design of
your product, you will need to send us artist's depictions
of what your product will look like. An Overview of the art
approval process is as
follows: |
. You will submit your artwork for your proposed product via
the postal service or online. If you send via mail, you will send us two items
- an
approval form and artwork of the product. If you send online, you will register
and then upload your artwork.
. We will review your design to ensure that all items, such as marks, logos, signatures, cars and uniforms match the style guide.
. When we approve your artwork, we will email or fax you about your status. If you do not receive approval, you will have to make changes and possibly even resubmit your artwork.
Artwork Submission Specifications
CMG accepts flat art renderings of your proposed product for the artwork approval process. We prefer to receive your artwork in 8"x11" size and/or JPEG files. Product Artwork must include:
. Full color reference
. All relevant angles of product
. All proposed legal lines
When ready to submit the artwork, kindly fill out the Artwork Approval form and include one (1) artwork approval form for each piece of artwork that is submitted:
