| Overview of Process |
| The final New Product Development Stage before mass production is approval of prototypes. The basic process for Prototype approval is the following: |
1. The prototype approval process is similar to the artwork approval process.
2. You will complete a Prototype Approval Form.
3. You will mail the form and prototype to CMG.
4. After your prototype is reviewed, we will inform you about your status. If you are not approved, you will have to make changes and possibly even resubmit your prototype.
When ready to submit the prototype, kindly fill out the Prototype Approval form and include one (1) prototype approval form for each prototype submitted.
